Currently, THOS owns and operates one supportive housing unit that provides a safe and stable home for five individuals. This low-acuity transitional housing model is designed to support individuals who have experienced homelessness as they work toward moving into independent housing.
Our focus is on helping residents build stability and independence by connecting them with the supports and resources they need to reach their housing and life goals.
As we look to the future, we are excited to grow our supportive housing program by owning and operating additional units to meet the needs of our community.
